Payment can be made in a variety of ways. The method preferred by PB Digital Photo is by direct bank transfer. But customers can also pay by credit/debit card (via PayPal), by cheque, and by cash.

Please note that if paying a deposit by cheque, the payment must clear before any bookings are confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances) if the booking is cancelled by the customer. If the booking has to be cancelled by PB Digital Photo, for any reason, then a full refund of the deposit will be made to the customer.
